Israel bombing campaign in Syria to thwart Iran from supplying weapons along its border will only create more violence.
The intent of using air power to scare off Iranian and aligned Syrian forces is not gonna happen.
In fact the heavy duty anti-aircraft weapons and missile defense systems supplied by Iran and Russia are operational and causing damage to Israel Air Force.
This was evident recently when Syrian forces shot down a IDF F-16 along the border while returning from a bombing foray in Syria.
For several years Israeli Defense Forces (IDL) have been wreaking havoc in Syria without remorse, attacking supply lines, communication centers and weapon convoys without answering to anyone. But the Israelis could be in for a rude awakening.
I could unterstand these attacks if the Syrians were bombing Israel but that is not the case. Syria inaction in Israel may soon change with the help of Iranian and possibly Russian forces.
The Quds force are plotting retaliation against the Jewish state at Golan Heights, and Netanyahu is pleading with Putin to not allow the Iranians free rein over Syria.
Sooner or maybe later, Israel will have to give up control of Syrian territory specifically the Golan Heights, once Syria is united.
Netanyahu is on a roll with the promise from Trump to move the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, along with control of Al Asqa Mosque and additional settlements on Palestinian Land.
Not to mention the occupation of Gaza, which is encircled by IDF. With all this control of Palestinian Territory why is Netanyahu bombing Syria? It doesn’t make sense.
Bashir Assad is not an ideal leader but plans to overthrow him changed once Iran and Russia came to his rescue. What that country needs now is peace, but it seem like peace is just a pipe dream as the IDF has upped the anty with bombing campaigns that may spurn world War III.
If President Trump wants to avoid this from occurring he must pull Bibi Netanyahu coat tails and tell him to stop bombing Syria.
keep-up the good spirit in media.
