Her father, who is Caucasian said if Meghan goes through with the lawsuit all hell will break out as he will spill the beans on their relationship and testify in court against her. Thomas, estranged from the family for quite sometime, says his daughter said bad things about him and he plans to clear his name in court, if he has to testify.
Some in the British media are blaming Oprah Winfrey for advising the couple to exit the royal court, but the entertainment mogul denied those accusations saying, although she is a friend to Prince Harry and Meghan, and did attend their wedding, she never told them to exit the royal family. She said the couple know what’s best for them.
